2006 Hurricane Relief Subgrant

Waynesboro Police Department was approved for $28,038.68 by Mississippi Department of Public Safety under the 2006 Hurricane Relief Subgrant. These funds are to be used for equipment to prepare for future disasters. The federal government awarded the state $58.25 million dollars in supplemental funding to distribute among law enforcement agencies to aid with hurricane recovery.
