Robbery on Azalea Drive

According to Chief Leonard Frost, on January 7, 2007, Waynesboro Police
officers were dispatched to a robbery call at Great Southern National Bank night deposit box. Upon arrival, Sgt. Davis spoke with Gabrielle Walker. Walker stated that she was making the night deposit for Hardee’s when a black male snatched the bag from the drop box. Walker stated the black male was tall, slender, wearing a black hat and black shirt. An undisclosed amount of money was taken.
