Buckle For Life

Five officers from the Waynesboro Police Department was awarded
in Jackson at the Annual Buckle for Life Luncheon. The luncheon was provided by the Mississippi Office of Highway Safety. The Highway Patrol and 17 other agencies across Mississippi had officers to get these great awards. The Buckle for Life Luncheon is to award officers across Mississippi for issuing the most seatbelt and child restraint citations. This honor was awarded to Leroy Barnett, Brian Everett, Jonathan Walker, and Nikita Stone from the Waynesboro Police Department. Barbara Howard was awarded for her safety programs "Grab-it and Click-it" and "Seatbelts Save Lifes".
