WPD Investigates Burglary

According to Chief Leonard Frost, on June 14, 2007, Truck and Equipment

had two impact wrenches stolen from the business both valued at over $500 each. Both wrenches were recovered and returned by Waynesboro Police Department Investigator Mark West, Officer Brian Everett, and Officer Leroy Barnett. On June 28, 2007, James Arthur Stewart was arrested and charged in connection with the theft. The case will be presented to the January 2008 Wayne County Grand Jury.
