WPD Investigates Aggravated Assault

According to Chief Leonard Frost, on July 16, 2007, Waynesboro Police
Department responded to a call on Azalea Drive. Jeremy Taylor, age 22, and Demarco Moore, age 20, was arrested and charged with attempted aggravated assault by allegedly shooting into an occupied vehicle with a firearm. All which occurred at the BP Station on Azalea Drive. Taylor and Moore was awaiting action of the Wayne County Grand Jury in 2008.
