Three Arrested on Grand Larceny Charges

According to Chief Leonard Frost, on August 15, 2007, Wallace Allgood, age 37,
of Waynesboro, MS, Don May, age 55, of Jackson, MS, and Bobby Varner, age 48, of Brandon, MS were arrested on grand larceny charges. Over $2000 worth of property was stolen from Jamie Rigney’s garage on 8/15/2007 and was recovered on 8/16/2007. Judge Charles Britton set a $10,000 bond at the initial appearance on Allgood, May, and Varner and they were bound over to the action of Wayne County Grand Jury in January 2008.
