James C. Gray Arrested On Possesion Of Cocaine

According to Chief Frost, after a routine traffic stop by Cpl. Leroy Barnett on 11-18-07 around 9:00 p.m.
James C Gray Jr. was arrested for possesion of cocaine. Gray fled on foot and was apprehended on Martin Luther King Dr. by officers of the Waynesboro Police Department. Janice Delancey was also charged with possesion of paraphrenelia and transported to the Wayne County Adult Detention Center.
