Drug Arrests made by SMNTF and WPD

According to Chief Frost, arrest were made during routine road block checkpoint.
On April 10,2008, South Mississippi Narcotic Task Force was assisting Waynesboro Police Department on a routine road block/ checkpoint in which three individuals were arrested. With consensual search of the vehicle, 7 grams of powder cocaine, 5 grams of crack cocaine, and several prescription pills were found. Violators were Kelly Kelly, Chelsea Brown, and Erica Cooley. All three were arrested and transported to Wayne County jail.
On April 11,2008, SMNTF and WPD arrested Alton Tuff. Tuff failed to yield to law enforcement on Turner Street and didn't stop until he got to Joiner St. Tuff's vehicle was then searched and revealed a can with a false comparment containing several grams of crack cocaine. Tuff was arrested a charged with possesion of crack cocaine with the attempt to distribute.
