Arrest made in Ocean Springs Credit Card Fraud Case

According to Chief Frost,Ocean Springs Police Dept. representative Lt. Julian Quiroz contacted Waynesboro Police Department in refrence to someone using a Fuelman Credit Card

The card had been missing from there department. It was left in a car that had been sold at Durham Auction in Hattiesburg,Ms in February. The Fuelman Card was being used in three different stores in Waynesboro, as well as one store in Buckatunna. Investigator Mark West, Lt. Quiroz went to CLark #12 and looked at their surveillance video. Sgt. Chris Harris identified the suspect as being Tyron Walker. Sgt. Harris and Officer Brian Everrett made a traffic stop and took Tyron Walker into custody. Walker was transported to the Waynesboro Police Department. The Fuelman Card that was taken from Walker's wallet was identified as belonging to Ocean Springs P.D. Walker was then transported to Wayne County jail for further investigation. Walker was then charged with credit card fraud and was set bond May 23, 2008
